When I was pregnant with my little one, I wanted to make all the cool things I thought we needed. Then I started making what is known in our shop as "Sensory Blankets" with ribbons for friends who were having babies. Once I got fed up with my little one dropping her Soothie pacifier on the floor, then not being able to find a pacifier clip to fit through the little hole, I thought to myself "I can make this." Three things were important to me. The pacifier clip had to be universal, long lasting, and safe (as with all the baby items I was making). So, the "Universal Paci/Toy Clip" was born.
I frequent thrift and consignment stores. My favorite consignment store asked me one day about the pacifier clip I make for my little one. They wanted me to make 15 of them for their store. Who knew!? Someone, a professional, thought what I was making was good enough to sell. Hmmm?
After about a year selling at the consignment store and seeing my sales steadily increasing, I thought it was about time I make it official. Who knew I could turn what I love doing into a small business? So was born Whoo Knew! Baby Shoppe.
