All orders are shipped by US Postal Service. Orders usually shipped within 2 business days.
Please contact Whoo Knew! before returning items. Cancelled orders are due a full refund. There are no refunds on custom orders. Items received damaged are due a full refund upon receipt of return. All other returns accepted within 5 days of receipt. Refunds will not be given for any shipping cost incurred. $50 insurance is available and should be purchased along with item. No refunds will be granted due to shipping loss or damage.
